EXPO is July 7-9 and tuition cannot be prorated for participants who are unable to attend all three days.

in-flight service // meals & snacks
​Included in your tuition are lunches and snacks on Thursday and Friday and a snack on Saturday. You'll plan breakfasts and dinners on your own so that you can choose what’s best your budget. In addition to the restaurants at The Collection, there are many others in walking distance from SFHS. Check out more options here.

All are welcome to participate in a photo scavenger hunt at SFHS to win prizes.

We fly in Herff Jones artists to design covers in 45-min sessions. When you register, indicate if you want one. Bring sketches or examples, and they'll bring your ideas to life.
preflight // preparing for a great year
When you arrive, we’ll give you a variety of materials to help you learn and plan your year, one of which is a packet to help you spin your theme. If you’d like to use it before EXPO, let us know at YBKexpo@gmail.com.
add-ons
high flyers // extended photo - $75 per person
Photography classes will be available to everyone at EXPO, but we also offer extensive instruction for those who want to devote all their electives to photography. Each Extended Photography participant must register in advance and bring a DSLR and equipment to download photos. Participants attend Extended Photography sessions in instead of other electives and do not attend sessions with a cover artists or with Katie.

Staff Consultation at EXPO - $75 per school
You'll have 45 minutes with Katie to discuss anything that's important to you — you could quickly review last year's book and listen to suggestions for improvement; share your theme ideas and brainstorm ways to spine it; brainstorm ideas for your ladder, coverage, staff organization . . . or anything else! ​​

Written Feedback by Aug. 1 - $75 per school
You'll either give Katie access to your book in eDesign or bring a book to EXPO for her to take home. She'll email you a PDF by Aug 1.

Inject more WOW and FUN into your book! Katie will share ideas for "cleaning your cuticles and polishing your nails" to boost your theme, design, ladder, coverage, and writing. She'll suggest specific and achievable changes for meaningful impact.
