ONE PER SCHOOL // You'll register once — yourself and your students together.

NAMES NOT NEEDED NOW // Student names matter to us for sure, but to prep your invoice, we only need the number you're bringing, not their names. Side note — Even though we don't need their names now, each student is required to submit a Student Release Form signed by a parent or guardian. We'll email that to you with your invoice.

ASK YOUR ADVISER TO REGISTER // If you would like to join us at EXPO, please ask your yearbook adviser to register your staff.

YOUR ADVISER CAN'T COME? // If your adviser isn't able to attend EXPO or hasn't been appointed yet, you're welcome to join us, but you'll need to be accompanied by a school employee or a parent/guardian. To register, email us at YBKexpo@gmail.com so we can work out a plan just for you. :)

STEP 2 - PAY BY JUNE 30 // We'll email it to you. Simply follow the instructions on the invoice. If you don't hear from us within five business days or if you need us to expedite your invoice, email us at YBKexpo@gmail.com.
